Job Description
• Prep’n and finalization of Fin’l Stmts & Reports as per US GAAP and GAAS, Consolidation of Accts , MIS Reporting & analysis of fin’l info , Prep’n & finalization of Personal ,Corporation, Partnership, LLC’s, Non- Profit Organization & Trust Tax Returns using prof’l tax s/ware. Tax planning, Advisory and Compliance on both US and India Tax matters ,Incorporation & filing of tax returns of foreign subsidiaries & Individuals , Foreign Bank Account Reporting ( Fincen ) & FATCA Advisory, Perform Compilation, Review & Audit in accordance w/ GAAP and GAAS. CPA license , MS in acctg + 1 yr exp or BS + 5 Yrs.
